Serves 4-5 people
- Olive oil spray for greasing
- 6 slices of chopped turkey breast
- 5 eggs
- ½ cup of coconut yogurt
- ½ cup of almond cheese spread
- 2 table spoons of chopped chives
- 1 table spoons of chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease 6 ramekins with the olive oil spray.
Use a mixer to combine all the remaining ingredients. Pour in each of the ramekins and bake for about 15min.
