Dry Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups of gluten free flour
- ½ tea spoon baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup of xylitol
- 2 ½ cups of chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix the xylitol and butter for a couple of minutes. Add the eggs, vanilla, and mix for other 3-5 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Add it to the mixing bowl. Add chocolate chips.
Put the cookie dough on the cookie sheet. Bake for about 15min, and let it cool for 5min before removing from the cooking sheet.
