Coconut bread recipe
If you follow me for some time, you probably know I love to share healthy and easy recipes! This is one of my favorites. I got it from Fernanda Mello´s Instagram. It is delicious and gluten, dairy, and refined sugar-free!
6 Eggs (preferably organic & pasture-raised)
1/2 cup. melted coconut oil
3/4 cup. coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1 tablespoon of coconut nectar or honey
1 teaspoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C.
Prepare your bread pan coated with oil or parchment paper.
Combine eggs, coconut oil, and coconut nectar in a large bowl and mix them well.
Include the coconut flour and baking powder into the wet dough using a sieve.
With a wooden spoon or a spatula, stir it well and transfer it to the bread form.
Place the dough in the bread pan and inside the oven for 45 minutes.
Optional to include coconut chips on top of the dough! Just remove the dough from the oven after 15 minutes, sprinkle coconut chips on top, and put it back in the oven.0 Like
