Do You Know What Produce You Should Buy Organic?
Best to buy organic x Ok to buy conventionally grown

Buying organic fruits and vegetables is super important for our health, but it can get costly pretty fast. A visit to a high-end grocery store such as Whole Foods or Market of Choice can reach $100 in a blink of an eye. For many of us, this is not an option.

EWG (Environmental Working Group, ewg.org) puts out a Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen list every year. Follow it to know which veggies and fruits should be organic and which are okay conventionally grown. ⁣⁣
