December Kindness Calendar

Last December, I Received a beautiful calendar full of acts of kindness, one for each day of the month. That´s how I discovered Action for Happiness, a movement of people committed to building a happier and more caring society.
I found out through their website that Western neuroscience has now confirmed what Eastern wisdom has known for a long time: happiness is a skill we can learn.
Research shows that happiness, compassion, and kindness are the products of skills that can be learned and enhanced through training, thanks to the neuroplasticity of our brains.
That´s why I decided to recreate their Kindness Calendar: so you can make a kind act each day of this month for your brain to get used to it. Next year, being kind will be already natural to you.
