I wish all my followers and your families a merry and healthy Christmas!
Although it is not easy to cope with holiday stress on top of the pandemic when dealing with lupus. I am choosing every day to enjoy my time with my family the best I can. I hope you are, too. The only thing we have real control is our thoughts and how we see the world.
And if you are traveling to spend the holiday with your relatives, don’t forget to pay attention to the safety measures before, during, and after your flights.
I am sending you all my love during this holiday season. We are never alone; that is the beauty of Christmas. I know it isn’t easy to spend Christmas physically apart from our families. Still, we can always make a video-call to feel closer.
It has been a strange year, I know. Sense of time disappeared, the routine seemed endless, and days looked the same. Nevertheless, we all have reasons to be grateful. Gratitude is the way to our own happiness.
I have learned that counting my blessings when I am in the middle of a flare or facing a difficult challenge is really hard. So, my suggestion is to start small. Cheer the little things during the day and pile on.
Counting blessings; is the secret to happiness. Why not start to be thankful for our life?
All my best wishes!0 Like
