I don’t know about you, but I sometimes get confused about health and nutrition. Even qualified experts often seem to hold opposing opinions.
Despite all the disagreements, several wellness tips are well supported by research. I found 27 health and nutrition tips that are blessed by science. You can check the sources here. But here are the pieces of advice:
- Don’t drink sugary drinks such as sodas and juices
- Eat nuts ( if you are not allergic! )
- Avoid processed junk food (eat real food instead). If you don’t understand the label, don’t eat it
