Home-made Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ½ squeezed lemon
  • 5 ounces of virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Put the egg with the lemon juice and salt in the mixer. Turn on the mixer and slowly add the olive oil, until you have the desired texture.

Put in freezer in a closed recipient, and keep it for a maximum of 3 days.
