Baked Salmon with Cilantro Mayo

Serves 4-5 people

Dry Ingredients

  • 4 salmon filets (5-6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon of minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 Wet Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of home-made mayo (see my home-made mayo recipe)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Wash and dry the salmon filets and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Cover a baking sheet with foil, and place each salmon filet on top of the sliced lemons.

In a bowl, mix together the mayo, garlic and cilantro, and spread the mayo mixture on top of the filets.

Bake for 15 minutes.
